• Find: This is the initial stage where buyers look for suitable properties that are on the market from Sellers. 
• Assess: In this stage, interested buyers evaluate a property’s potential, conduct due diligence, and consider financial feasibility. Here buyers often engage many industry specialists for specific advice related to a particular property. 
• Secure: This stage involves preliminary negotiations and securing the property for a short period whilst various financing options and the feasibility study are finalised.
• Transact: This is the final stage where ownership is transferred and legal formalities are completed.
